If my laptop does not start because of motherboards, but HD is fine, I can recover files with HD camera?
Hello. As well I had a laptop with Windows Vista does, so I have a new MacBook. The only thing is I really need my files from my old laptop at the earliest. So if I were to buy a HD enclosure thing from the store tomorrow, might be able to see all I have in my HD as an external hard disk my new MacBook? There is no need to boot Windows on the hard disk before you can view all my files, right? It's really important to highly classified documents working for my company to bring the IT department or a computer service is impossible.
It should work. While the hard drive is fine, you can remove, stick in an enclosure, and connect to another computer as an external drive. Pay attention to the camera though, as I heard the compatibility between the housing and disk disk can be hit or miss.
